Whisky clubs are getting more and more popular in Germany with their numbers increasing from year to year.
While the activities in the clubs are hard to compare – some do members-only meetings and discuss the latest info on Whisky while other clubs even organize trips to distilleries and provide guests and interested outsiders with all the knowledge and experience the club members acquired - be it through tastings or by participating in Scottish events.
All the clubs have at least one thing in common and that`s their love for Scottish culture and the country`s most import export good: Whisky.
Therefore we at MALTS OF SCOTLAND do regard the clubs as important ambassadors for Scotland and support them where we can. As an independent bottler the best thing we can do to show our support is by releasing bottlings – especially because many clubs are keen on exactly that: bottling one`s own cask, provided with the name of the club, the logo and a description of what the club is all about.
Interested parties can choose from the wide range of casks maturing in our warehouses. With this we can make sure to meet all individual ideas and expectations. The cask is chosen by MALTS OF SCOTLAND and the club at an individual warehouse tasting.
